These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Driveways Rotorua website and the engagement of our services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Driveways Rotorua provides professional driveway installation, concrete patios, surface repairs, and decorative concrete services for residential and commercial clients across Rotorua and the Bay of Plenty. All services are subject to an agreed scope of work and pricing prior to commencement.
All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, dimensions, or requirements differ materially from the initial brief. Any changes to scope or cost will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before additional work proceeds.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work site on the agreed start date. If access is unavailable or conditions are deemed unsafe, Driveways Rotorua reserves the right to reschedule the project. A call-out fee may apply for missed appointments without reasonable prior notice.
Concrete and driveway installation is highly weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions (including rain, extreme heat, or frost) that may compromise the quality of the installation or the safety of our team. We will notify you as promptly as possible if rescheduling is required.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for ensuring the site is clear of vehicles, obstructions, and debris prior to the commencement of work. Where site preparation is included in the agreed scope, this will be detailed in the quote.
For the best possible result, clients are expected to:
We stand behind the quality of every job we complete. If you have any concerns about the finished result, please contact us within 14 days of project completion. We will assess the issue and, where the concern falls within our scope of work, take appropriate steps to remedy it at no additional cost. Our guarantee is conditional on the client following all post-installation care instructions provided.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the works. Driveways Rotorua reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driveways Rotorua’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of use, or property damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
